The color theory is defined as a set of guiding principles that can be used to create harmonious color combinations
Primary colors are the three pigment colors that can not be mixed or formed by any colors.
Analogous color schemes use colors next to each other on the color wheel. Complementary color schemes are right across from each other on the color wheel, they are opposite colors. Double Complementary color schemes are a combination of two complementary colors. Monochromatic color schemes are made up of shades of a single color. Tradic color schemes use colors that are evenly spaced around the color wheel. Split Complementary color schemes are a variation of the complementary color schemes. |
